Ashdown-Ingram regularly recognises and rewards top performance of team members and have recently awarded Brett, one of the South-east Queensland Sales Representatives a quarterly REACH award as National Sales Person of the Quarter, not only for his outstanding sales results, but also for his continual delivery of excellent customer service and follow-up.
Tony Stephens, Ashdown-Ingram Regional Manager, describes Brett as a committed team member, passionate about delivering the best possible sales and service to his customers. “Brett’s customer follow-up and feedback is without comparison, if Brett says he’s going to do something, you can be assured he will.” Clearly this is something Brett’s customers appreciate as Brett’s sales results continue to grow. Brett’s success is even more noteworthy given that he was new to our industry when he joined our business just over two years ago. Brett’s success has been built on delivering customer service first and foremost, then building his product knowledge. Brett has built his product knowledge incredibly in that time. Our customers have told us in recent surveys just how much they value service. Couple that with outstanding product knowledge and you have a winning formula.
