REACH is the name of our formalised Recognition Program which is designed to:

        Recognise,
        Excellence,
        Achievement,
        Commitment &
        High Performance.

There are a number of recognition streams within our program:

• Team Member Awards
• Sales People Awards
• Branch Awards
• Regional Awards
• Safety Awards

With a range of prizes available for the annual successful recipient from a $5,000 individual development program for the Team Member and Sales Person to a car for the winning Branch. In 2009, the winning Branch of the Year won a Hummer! In 2010, the winning Branch won a HSV Club Sport! The 2011 vehicle is still to be revealed.

Winners throughout the year who are in the running for an annual Award are invited to attend our annual National Conference and REACH Gala Dinner.
