Investment in the Learning and Development of our employees is an area Ashdown-Ingram is very committed to. We have a suite of Learning and Development opportunities to cater for the differing individual needs of our employees which is aligned to their career goals.
To demonstrate our level of commitment, two years ago almost a quarter of our employees were enrolled in a Government Certificate course, today, every employee has access to some form of training from across the Ashdown-Ingram Learning & Development Suite.
